1:1 Private Coaching
Work with me one-on-one for highly personalized fitness coaching. We’ll start with a deep dive into brain mapping and goal setting, followed by a fitness assessment to create a custom program tailored to your needs and goals. I’m with you every step of the way, offering accountability and support to keep you moving forward. I utilize streaks and personalized challenges to help you stay in alignment with your goals, and I also encourage journaling to foster self-awareness and reflection.

Semi-Private Training
Prefer to train with others? Join a small group for semi-private sessions where you’ll receive individualized attention while benefiting from the energy and camaraderie of a group setting.
